New Benefit Consultants have two bonuses waiting in their first sixty days, on top of everything the compensation plan already pays. They reward the same thing: building early, and helping the people you enroll do the same.

The cheat sheet below sets out both — what each one asks for, how long you have, and what a consultant who hits them actually earns. Every figure on this page comes from that sheet, so there is one place for it to be right. For the rest of the plan, see the compensation plan.

Fast Start Cheat Sheet: a simple guide to the All-Star and Superstar bonuses. Paid weekly. Maximum Fast Start bonuses are $350. ALL-STAR: accumulate 250 PSV in your first 30 days and earn a $100 bonus. The path is to enroll 5 Benefit Consultants, enroll 2 Members, then become an All-Star, all within the first 30 days. On that example a consultant earns a $300 BC Training Bonus, a $40 Member Training Bonus, $70 in Personal Commissions and the $100 All-Star Bonus, a total of $510. SUPERSTAR: become an All-Star, then help 3 personally enrolled Benefit Consultants become All-Stars in your first 60 days to earn an additional $250 bonus. Building on the All-Star example, that adds $10 to $150 of early Generation Pay plus the $250 Superstar Bonus, for a total of $770 to $910. In short: All-Star is 250 PSV in 30 days; Superstar is 3 personally enrolled All-Stars in 60 days.
